Gustavo has only appeared on HCL once as of this writing. He made his debut in Episode 538 Thirsty Thursday in October 2023. He competed against HCL regulars like Ronnie Ebanks, DGAF, Nick Vertucci and others. 

Nick Vertucci, co-owner of the HCL show, also made this Thirsty Thursday episode extra special by giving a brief toast speech at the start of the game. He thanked everyone who helped launch the program and he welcomed new players including Gustavo, Jeffrey, and others.

They played a $10/20/40 No Limit Hold’em game and Gustavo ended the night up $430. He has not returned since this episode, so this was his only appearance on the live show thus far.
