Alan Keating Pulls Off Massive Bluff In The Million Dollar Game

In this hand between Alan Keating and Rob Yong on Day 1 of The Million Dollar Game on Hustler Casino Live, we saw a massive bluff prevail into a big win with nothing but air!

The UTG+1 player opened the pot with a raise to $5k and was followed by folds from +2, the High-Jack, and the Cut-Off. Next up was Rob Yong on the button with 7♦️5♣️ and he decided to call. Both blinds then folded and the action was on Alan Keating UTG with 9♥️6♥️. He called and it was three ways to the flop.

The board flopped 10♦️3♠️4♥️ and put Rob on a gut-shot straight draw. Alan checked and so did the +1 player and when the action arrived at Rob, he bet 14k. Keating then raised to $40k which triggered a fold from the +1 player and a call from Rob and heads-up to the turn they went.

The A♣️ came on the turn and put Rob on a double-gut straight draw. Alan with 9-high and no connecting cards decided to fire a bluff bet of $70k. Rob called and they went to the river with the pot at $239k.

The river was a 5♥️, meaning Rob had the winning hand, although that meant nothing after Alan double-barrelled a bluff bet and put another 160k over the line. Rob folded and Alan scooped the almost $400k pot.
