On a recent stream of Poker at The Lodge we saw a game spread with $5/$10/$10 blinds. In hand 46, we saw a heads-up hand between 4Q and Cinnabon. Q4 started the hand with $4,675 and Cinnabon started with $7,960.
For the second hand in a row, 4Q was dealt K♥️Q♥️ in a middle position and called $25. Cinnabon with A♦️2♦️ raised to $100. The action folded around to Jason on the Small Blind who called with A♣️J♣️. Next up was TM on the Big Blind with pocket 10s who also called. Finally to speak was 4Q who also called the raise of Cinnabon, making the preflop pot $435.
The board flopped 7♦️3♣️ K♦️, making top pair for 4Q and a diamond draw for Cinnabon. Jason, TM, and 4Q all checked and Cinnabon bet $150. Jason and TM called while 4Q raised to $450. Cinnabon called the remaining $300 while Jason and TM folded, leaving only 4Q and Cinnabon with a $1,635 pot going into the turn.
The turn bricked with 8♣️ to which 4Q bet $525 and Cinnabon called, leading them into the river with a $2,685 pot. 6♥️, yet another brick came down on the river. 4Q checked and Cinnabon put in a monstrous bet of $6,000. After a solid 4 minute tank, 4Q folded with the winning hand and Cinnabon grabbed the $8,685 pot.
