Poker Players on Twitter Space: A Way to Air Grievances

Poker Players on Twitter Space: A Way to Air Grievances

In a recent Twitter space discussion, several poker players expressed their discontent with each other, leaving a pessimistic atmosphere.

The podcast-like platform allowed users to join and participate in live audio conversations, which were used by players to offload their concerns. One conversation involved Charlie expressing his discomfort with remarks made by Doug Polk, attracting a considerable audience.

In another conversation, Garrett Adelstein discussed how he felt about Nick Vertucci, who used “Garrett is banned” as clickbait for his show, causing Adelstein to feel hurt and ignored.

Ryan Feldman agreed that he did not plan the clickbait with Vertucci and that some players had a problem with Adelstein’s handling of the J4 situation.

Alan Keating also spoke up, stating that he felt unappreciated for the effort he put into helping Feldman grow his show.

The conversation ended with Adelstein confronting Feldman about why he did not defend him against Vertucci’s clickbait. Twitter space is convenient for players; it is possible that this platform will be used more frequently to address conflicts among players.
