William Eichel’s first recorded live cash occurred in July 1995 during the Gold Coast Open in Las Vegas. He finished in 2nd place in a $120 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $13,615.

He returned to the Gold Coast Open to compete in a $120 No Limit Hold’em in July 1996. William finished in 1st place and won $32,270.

During the 1st Annual World Poker Challenge in Reno in January 2001, he finished in 2nd place. William took part in a $5,000 + 80 No Limit Hold’em Championship and secured his biggest live cash of $165,870.

In October 2002, William played in a $1,000 + 50 No Limit Hold’em Championship during the Fall Poker Classic in Shakopee. He secured 2nd place and earned $25,414.

At the Fourth Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica in January 2003, he earned a cash prize of $25,572. William participated in a $500 + 40 No Limit Hold’em and finished in 3rd place.
