His career reached its pinnacle on October 23rd, 2019, during the World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) 2019 held in Rozvadov, Czech Republic. Webster Lim’s Poker Career

Lim commenced his poker journey on January 11th, 2014, at a tournament named the Macau Poker Cup in Macau. He participated in an event named the HK$6,000 No Limit Hold’em – Baby Dragon and secured the 23rd position, gaining $1,792. Then, on September 10th, 2015, during another tournament named the Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) – Poker Cup in Macau, he played in a HK$20,000 No Limit Hold’em tournament. He finished 7th in that tournament and garnered $21,623.

Continuing his journey, on February 13th, 2017, during the Macau Poker Cup 26 in Macau, he exhibited his skills once again. This time, he participated in the HK$5,000 No Limit Hold’em event and impressively secured the 2nd spot, pocketing $26,575. Shortly after, on April 5th, 2017, at the PokerStars Championship in Macau, he entered the HK$22,000 No Limit Hold’em tournament. Remarkably, he clinched another 2nd place, garnering $55,977.

August 25th, 2019, marked his participation in the European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain, where he competed in the €25,000 No Limit Hold’em Short Deck, securing the 2nd place and pocketing $163,790. Soon after, on October 16th, 2019, at the World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) 2019 in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, he entered the €250,000 No Limit Hold’em – Super High Roller, finishing 2nd and pocketing a staggering $1,942,426.

Transitioning to October 23rd, 2019, during the World Series of Poker Europe 2019 in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, he participated in the €100,000 No Limit Hold’em – Diamond High Roller, emerging as the champion and pocketing $2,416,241. Continuing his winning streak, on December 12th, 2019, during the European Poker Tour in Prague, Czech Republic, he competed in the €25,000 No Limit Hold’em, emerging victorious and pocketing $419,670.

Webster Lim at Triton Super High Roller Series

In a triumphant display on May 19th, 2022, during the Triton Poker Series in Madrid, Spain, he conquered the €50,000 No Limit Short Deck Hold’em Ante Only event, securing 1st place and pocketing $900,958.

Transitioning to March 1st, 2023, during the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series Vietnam in Hoi An, Vietnam, he entered the $25,000 No Limit Hold’em – GG Super Million$ Live event, emerging as the victor and won $965,000.

November 1st, 2023, saw him competing in the Triton Super High Roller Series in Monte Carlo, Monaco, in the $26,650 No Limit Hold’em – GG MILLION$ Live 8-Handed event, where he secured 1st place and garnered $899,893. Following this, on January 13th, 2024, during the USOP Taiwan 2024 in Taipei City, Taiwan, he participated in the NT$54,500 No Limit Hold’em – Heads Up Challenge #33, emerging as the champion and earned $11,330.

His most recent appearance was on January 30th, 2024, during Poker Dream 8 – Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he competed in the RM 1,800 No Limit Hold’em – Main Event, finishing 42nd and taking home $3,001.
