Lim commenced his poker journey on January 11th, 2014, at a tournament named the Macau Poker Cup in Macau. Then, on September 10th, 2015, during another tournament named the Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) – Poker Cup in Macau, he played in a HK$20,000 No Limit Hold’em tournament.
