Vladislav Mezheritsky’s first recorded live cash occurred in September 2005 at the United States Poker Championship. He finished in 26th place in a $500 + 50 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $1,715.

In April 2010, Vladislav entered in a €10,000 + 600 No Limit Hold’em Main Event at the EPT Monte Carlo Grand Final. He ended up in 38th place, pocketing $46,594.
