Quoc Al “Vinny” Vinh is a Vietnamese American professional poker player residing in Houston, Texas. He has over $2.5 million in tournament winnings, in addition to his one WSOPC ring. His best live cash of $718,485 came from his participation in the L.A. Poker Classic in Los Angeles in February 2004, where he placed 2nd.
Vinny Vinh’s first live cash was recorded in April 2001 at The Second Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica. He participated in a $330 Limit Hold’em event, placed 5th, and earned $3,326.
In November 2002, he participated in the Holiday Bonus Tournament in Los Angeles. In the $330 Limit Hold’em event, he won 1st place and earned $63,355.
