Quoc Al “Vinny” Vinh is a Vietnamese American professional poker player residing in Houston, Texas. He has over $2.5 million in tournament winnings, in addition to his one WSOPC ring. His best live cash of $718,485 came from his participation in the L.A. Poker Classic in Los Angeles in February 2004, where he placed 2nd.

Vinny Vinh’s first live cash was recorded in April 2001 at The Second Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica. He participated in a $330 Limit Hold’em event, placed 5th, and earned $3,326.

In November 2002, he participated in the Holiday Bonus Tournament in Los Angeles. In the $330 Limit Hold’em event, he won 1st place and earned $63,355.

Moreover, in February 2004, Vinh competed in the Poker Classic in Los Angeles, participating in a $10,000 No Limit Hold’em Championship – WPT. He finished 2nd, securing his best live cash of $718,485.

In November 2004, another notable win came from his participation in the World Poker Finals in Mashantucket. He played the $1,100 No Limit Hold’em event, claimed 1st place and earned $102,823.

In July 2005, he participated in the 36th WSOP in Las Vegas. During the event, he played in the $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha tournament, placed 2nd, and cashed $282,280.
