Vincent Napolitano’s first recorded live cash occurred in September 2003 during the Tropicana Poker Championship Series in Atlantic City. He finished in 5th place in a $3,000 + 100 No Limit Hold’em – Main Event, cashing $4,800.

In August 2004, Vincent played in a $2,199 No Limit Hold’em at the Caribbean Poker Classic in Freeport. He finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash of $135,000.

Later in November of that year, he participated in a $14,000 No Limit Hold’em at the Monte Carlo Millions. Vincent finished in 5th place and earned $45,000.

During the U.S Poker Bowl in Las Vegas in October 2007, he finished in 1st place. Vincent took part in a No Limit Hold’em – Finals and $40,000 added to his winnings.
