Tom Cage first recorded live cash occurred in April 1988 during the Pot of Gold in Reno. He finished in 3rd place in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $6,300.

In May 1997, Tom played in a $3,000 Limit Hold’em at the 28th WSOP in Las Vegas. He finished in 4th place and earned $37,635.

Then, in January 1999, he finished in 2nd place at the Carnivale of Poker II in Las Vegas, securing his best live cash of $62,795 in a $500 + 40 Limit Hold’em Event.

At the World Poker Challenge in Reno in March 2005, he won $28,733. Tom entered in a $300 + 30 No Limit Hold’em and finished in 1st place.
