Tino Lechich recorded his first live cash in November 1988, he competed in the Limit Seven Card Stud event at the Malta European Poker Championship in St. Julian’s, where he finished 7th and earned $851.

Years later, in December 2003, he achieved a notable result by finishing 5th in the $10,000 + 200 WPT No Limit Hold’em Championship at the Bellagio Five-Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas, cashing $130,940.
