Stanley Choi, was born in Hong Kong, Choi has always primarily been a businessman. Choi founded YunFeng Capital and is one of the biggest stockholders in Simsen International Financial Group. He has been an experienced investor for many years. He is also an important figurehead for The Nature Conservancy Project.

Choi is a multi-millionaire Hong Kong businessman who went to college in the US. He built his money through real estate ventures like hotels,casino, leisure and entertainment industries.

He first gained recognition as a poker player in 2012 when he won the $250K buy-in Macau High Stakes Challenge SHR, which had Phil Ivey, Sam Trickett, & John Juanda among other top names.

• In 2013, he won the first place in Macau High Stakes Challenge Super High Roller with the winning prize of USD$6,465,574. This is followed by a win at WPT Korea with a USD$117,800 in the same year.
• He got a second place and added his winning prize over USD$401,000 at the APPT- ACOP High Roller event last November 2015.
• Choi is well-known for playing high stakes poker, and in 2018 his Hong Kong-based International Entertainment Corporation (IEC) agreed to buy outRational Live Events Macau Limited, a local subsidiary of The Stars Group, the group responsible for the PokerStars brand.
