Spiro Mitrokostas is an American poker player from West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, who has accumulated nearly $700K in live tournament earnings. His largest live cash, amounting to $125,256, was achieved when he finished 7th in the 2006 Foxwoods Poker Classic in Mashantucket.
