Sean Troha is an American professional poker player from North Olmsted, Ohio, with over $3.2 million in live tournament earnings. He has won a total of three WSOP bracelets during his poker career. One at the 53rd WSOP in 2022, another at the 54th WSOP in 2023, and his third at the 55th WSOP in 2024. His biggest live cash came in July 2022 when he won $1,246,770 along with his first WSOP bracelet. He also won two rings at the WSOPC Hammond on October 19 and 22, 2014.
Sean Troha first recorded live cash occurred in June 2014 at the Deepstack Extravaganza III. He finished in 8th place in a $600 Pot Limit Omaha 8/B #35, cashing $2,584.
In June 2022, Sean played in a $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha Championship – 8 Handed Event #69 at the 53rd WSOP. He finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash to date of $1,246,770.
Following this, he joined in a $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Event #4 at the PokerGO Tour PLO Series in March 2023. He finished in 1st place and won $200,000.
Later in June of that year, he participated in a $1,500 Pot Limit Omaha Bracelet Event #34 at the 54th WSOP. Sean clinched victory and bagged $298,192.
Year later, in June 2024, he claimed his third WSOP bracelet at the 55th Series, winning $536,713 in the $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo 8 or Better Championship Event #24.
In October 2024, Sean competed in a $450 No Limit Hold’em – Progressive Mega Bounty Super Stack Ring Event at the RGPS Resort Ohio. He ended up in 14th place, earning $1,720.
