Scott Epstein is an American poker player and real estate developer currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. Over the years, he accumulated more than $1.3 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash came in April 2008, when he finished in 18th place at the World Poker Tour World Championship, earning $105,525.
Scott Epstein recorded his first live cash in June 2003, he participated in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em event at Festa al Lago in Las Vegas, finishing in 9th place and cashing $2,746.
Following this, in April 2004, he entered a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em tournament at the 35th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, where he placed 4th and earned $80,280.
In May 2006, Epstein competed in the $2,000 + 80 No Limit Hold’em event at the Mandalay Bay Poker Championship in Las Vegas. There, he finished 2nd and cashed $63,595.
Then, in March 2008, he won 1st place in a $2,000 + 80 No Limit Hold’em tournament at The Wynn Classic in Las Vegas, earning $72,168.
Later that same year, in April 2008, he participated in the $25,000 + 500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event at the World Poker Tour World Championship in Las Vegas, where he finished in 18th place and cashed $105,525.
Years after, in February 2014, Epstein took part in a $1,600 No Limit Hold’em event at the Deep Stack Extravaganza I in Las Vegas, placing 2nd and earning $91,360.
Most recently, in August 2024, he entered a $500 + 100 No Limit Hold’em – Deep Stack Black Chip Bounty event at the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open in Hollywood, finishing in 14th place and cashing $860.
