Ronnie McMillan began his poker career in July 2002. He participated in $90 Limit Hold’em at the Crazy Eight 5 in Inglewood. McMillan claimed 6th place and took home $375.

Three years later, in July 2005, he entered $1,060 Championship No Limit Hold’em at the Orleans Open in Las Vegas. McMillan took 7th place, netting $7,095.

He achieved his best live cash in August 6th, 2007 by competing in $500 Omaha Hi/Lo at the Legends of Poker in Los Angeles. McMillan finished 1st, bringing home $39,635 in prize money.

Following this, McMillan claimed another victory at the Legends of Poker just few days after. He played in $530 Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo and earned $27,550.

Several years later, in June 2012, he competed in $2,500 Seven Card Razz (Event #18) at the 43rd WSOP in Las Vegas. McMillan finished 22nd and cashed $5,904.

In March 2024, he placed 4th in $600 No Limit Hold’em Seniors (50+) (Ring Event #9) at the WSOPC Las Vegas, cashing for $11,395.

In a recent appearance in July 2024, McMillan competed in $240 Limit Omaha 8 or Better. It took place at the Orleans Summer Poker Open in Las Vegas. There, he took the tournament down, bringing in $5,766.
