Rodney Turvin

Rodney Turvin is an American professional poker player from Cairo, Georgia. He has accumulated earnings exceeding $1.4M from live tournaments, with his highest live cash totaling $400K. During his poker career, he won the WPT World Championship in December 2022 and Event 27 of the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown in April 2023.

Turvin’s first recorded live cash occurred in June 2018. He finished 24th in a $360 No Limit Hold’em Big Blind Ante at the June 100k GTD in Jacksonville. He cashed $1,079.

In October 2019, he participated in a $1,100 No Limit Hold’em – Main Event #5 at the Pinktober Poker Open in Tampa. Turvin placed 2nd and earned $65,489.

Moreover, in June 2022, he won $24,120 at the MGM Grand Summer Series in Las Vegas. He took part in a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em – $500 Bounty Event 90 and finished in 1st place.
