Rodeen Talebi is an American professional poker player from Los Angeles, California, with over $1M in live tournament earnings. His most notable achievement came in December 2004, at the Five Diamond World Poker Classic, Rodeen earned a remarkable $162,961.
Rodeen Talebi first recorded live cash occurred in April 2004 at the WPT Championship in Las Vegas. He finished in 10th place in a $5,000 + 150 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $36,670.
Later in December of that year, he participated in a $2,500 + 100 Pot Limit Hold’em at the Five-Diamond World Poker Classic. He finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash of $162,961.
Following this, he joined in a $2,000 Limit Hold’em at the 36th WSOP in June 2005. He finished in 6th place and earned $52,350.
Continuing his career, in November 2005, he entered in $5,000 No Limit Hold’em Championship event during Scotty Nguyen Poker Challenge in Tulsa. He placed 4th and took home $50,000.
At the Doyle Brunson Five Diamond World Poker Classic in December 2007, he earned a prize of $96,355. Rodeen played in a $15,000 + 400 No Limit Hold’em and secured 13th place.
Fast forward to July 2018. At the 49th WSOP, he earned $57,010. In this event, he engaged in a $10,000 No Limit Hold’em Main Event Championship #65 and finished in 134th place.
In a recent appearance in June 2022, he competed in a $800 No Limit Hold’em – Deep Stack Event #25 at the 53rd WSOP. He placed 208th and cashed $2,222.
