Richard Tatalovich is an American professional poker player from Scottsdale, Arizona, with over $1.9 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $318,000 came when he finished in 1st place during the United States Poker Championship in December 2000.
Richard Tatalovich’s first recorded live cash occurred in January 1997 at the Four Queens Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 6th place in a $500 + 35 7 Card Stud, cashing $2,723.
In January 2000, Richard played in a $1,500 + 70 Limit Hold’em during the Carnivale of Poker III in Las Vegas. He finished in 1st place and $79,200 added to his winnings.
Later in December of that year, he participated in a $7,500 + 100 No Limit Hold’em Championship during the United States Poker Championship in Atlantic City. Richard clinched victory and won his biggest live cash of $318,000.

On May 28th, 2024, Richard competed in a $1,100 No Limit Hold’em at the Wynn Summer Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 7th place and took home $67,585.
Most recently, in July 2024, he competed in a $600 No Limit Hold’em – Ultra Stack Bracelet Event #84 during the 55th WSOP. Richard placed 413th and cashed $1,760.
