Richard Chase’s first recorded live cash result occurred in November 1987 at the 3rd Annual Diamond Jim Brady in Los Angeles. He finished in 14th place in a $300 Razz, cashing $500.

In May 1988, Richard played in a $1,500 + 70 Limit Ace to Five Draw at the 19th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished 2nd place securing his biggest live cash, $64,020.

During the Rendez Vous a Paris in July 2004, he finished in 2nd place. Richard took part in a €2,500 No Limit Hold’em and earned $45,602.

A year later, in July 2005, Richard returned to the Rendez Vous a Paris to participate in a €10,000 Hall Of Fame Poker Classic – No Limit Hold’em. He finished in 3rd place and claimed a prize of $42,751.
