Ranno Sootla’s first recorded live cash occurred in September 2013 at the EPT in Barcelona. He finished in 3rd place in a €300 + 30 No Limit Hold’em – Turbo, cashing $19,043.

In February 2015, Ranno played in a €1,000 + 100 No Limit Hold’em Main Event during the OlyBet Kings of Tallinn. He finished in 1st place and won $42,922.

Later in December of that year, he participated in a €1,000 + 100 No Limit Hold’em GrandLive Main Event
during the Prague Poker Festival. Ranno clinched victory and won $70,727.

Following this, Ranno joined in a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em – Bounty Event #51 at the 49th WSOP in June 2018. He finished in 2nd place and secured his biggest live cash to date of $168,464.

In a recent appearance on November 1st, 2024, Ranno competed in a $25,000 + 1,500 No Limit Hold’em – WPT Global Ultimate Slam Event #1 at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series Monte Carlo. He ended up in 8th place, earning $115,000.

In July 2020, Ranno played in a $400 No Limit Hold’em – COLOSSUS Event #10 during the WSOP Online. He finished in 1st place and won $595,930.
