Randy Holland is a Canadian-American professional poker player and lawyer from Calgary, Alberta, currently residing in Los Angeles, California. He has amassed over $3.7 million in live tournament earnings. His most notable achievement came in August 2006, when he finished in 5th place at the Legends of Poker, earning an impressive $177,460.

He has also won two bracelets during his poker career, at the 27th and 31st World Series of Poker events, respectively.

Randy Holland: Live Tournament Participation

Randy Holland’s first recorded live cash occurred in April 1993 at the 24th WSOP in Las Vegas. He finished in 8th place in a $1,500 Limit Hold’em, cashing $11,040.

In April 1996, Randy played in a $1,500 7 Card Razz at the 27th WSOP. He finished in 1st place and won $87,000.

Four years later, in April 2000, he won a cash prize of $120,990 at the 31st WSOP. Randy participated in a $1,500 + 70 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo and secured another bracelet.

His winning streak continued at the L.A Poker Classic in February 2002. Randy joined in a $300 + 30 Limit Hold’em and won a cash prize of $165,945.

Following this, he returned to the L.A Poker Classic to play in a $300 + 30 Limit Hold’em in January 2003. He clinched another victory and $163,505 added to his winnings.

During the Legends of Poker in Los Angeles in August 2006, he finished in 5th place. Randy took part in a $9,700 + 300 No Limit Hold’em – WPT Championship Event and secured his biggest live cash of $177,460.

Moreover, he finished in 1st place during the Mirage Poker Showdown in Las Vegas in May 2007, winning $124,728.

In a recent appearance in July 2024, he competed in a $500 Limit Omaha 8 or Better Event #19 during the Legends of Poker. He finished in 4th and cashed $2,200.
