Perry Green is an American poker player from Fairbanks, Alaska, with over $1.1 million in live tournament earnings. His highest live cash of $150,000 came when he finished in 2nd place at the 12th World Series of Poker in May 1981. Throughout his poker career, he has won three WSOP bracelets and reached the final table of the World Series of Poker Main Event twice.

Perry Green recorded his first live cash in May 1976, he achieved 1st place in the $1,000 Ace to Five Draw event at the 7th World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas. He earned $68,300 and was awarded a WSOP bracelet for his victory.

Following this success, in May 1977, Green won 1st place in the $5,000 Limit Ace to Five Draw at the 8th WSOP in Las Vegas. This win brought him $10,000 and another WSOP bracelet.

Building on his earlier achievements, in May 1979, Green continued his successful run by finishing 1st in the $1,500 No Limit Hold’em event at the 10th WSOP in Las Vegas. He earned $76,500 and received a third WSOP bracelet.

Subsequently, in May 1981, Green placed 2nd in the $10,000 No Limit Hold’em World Championship at the 12th WSOP in Las Vegas. His performance earned him $150,000.

Green’s notable performance continued in May 1997 when he achieved 3rd place in the $3,000 Pot Limit Hold’em at the 28th WSOP in Las Vegas. He earned $51,000 for this finish.

Moreover, in May 1991, Green finished 5th in the $10,000 No Limit Hold’em World Championship at the 22nd WSOP in Las Vegas, with a cash prize of $69,000.

In July 2012, Green participated in the $10,000 World Championship No Limit Hold’em Event #61 at the 43rd WSOP in Las Vegas. He ended up in 152nd place and received $52,718.

Most recently, in June 2024, Green placed 27th in the $1,100 Big O event at the Aria Poker Classic in Las Vegas, earning $2,204.
