Pat Flanagan’s first recorded live cash occurred in January 1987 at the Grand Prix of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished in 3rd place in a $1,000 Razz, cashing $19,400.

In December 1989, Pat played in a $2,000 + 50 No Limit 2-7 Lowall at the Hall of Fame Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 2nd place and earned $16,500.

Following this, he joined in a $1,500 Limit Ace to Five Draw at the 22nd WSOP in Las Vegas in May 1991. Pat finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash of $106,800.
