Oliver Blakey is a British former poker player from England.  He’s played poker for approximately eight years and shifted to become the lead Managing Partner at Ascensive Assets.

Oliver Blakey started playing poker tournaments in 2014. His first tournament was in the £15 + £5 No Limit Texas Hold’em XXL 15 5k GTD. He finished 12th place over 118 entrants and won over $165. He continued playing in tournaments that year, with fair results.

In 2015, he participated in several tournaments in Nottingham. First cash of this year was at the Sky Poker UK Poker Championships as he finished 104th place with over $600. Next was when he ranked 28th place for $2000 with 558 entries at the $500 + $50 NLHE Pokerfest Mini. Last for this year was at the World Poker Tour Deepstack as he ended up third place with over $9000.  

His best performance was his most recent play which was last March 2022. He joined the $5,000 No Limit Hold’em – StormX Invitational Poker Tournament. He won the tournament and banked for $183,150.
