Ali Nejad

Oliver Nejad, commonly known as “Ali,” grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. He began his poker journey over ten years ago and has been involved in various aspects of the game, including as a player, dealer, and televised poker host. Nejad studied broadcasting at UC Berkeley and currently serves as a commentator for Poker After Dark and co-hosts the Annual NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship.

In addition, he has earned over $5,7K from live tournaments. His biggest live cash of $5,710 came when he placed 48th at the 36th World Series of Poker in June 2005. He has also appeared on Hustler Casino Live.
