In March 2000, Norm played in a $500 + 40 Limit Hold’em at the First Annual Jack Binion World Poker Open in Tunica. He placed 2nd and earned $37,597.

Most recently, in June 2024, he competed in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em – Super Seniors Bracelet Event #59 at the 55th WSOP. He placed 77th and took home $4,753.
