Noli Francisco was a Filipino-American poker player, architect, and real estate entrepreneur born on November 13th, 1941, in Manila, Philippines. He moved to New Jersey and made a significant mark in the poker world with over $1.3 million in live tournament earnings. His most notable achievement came in September 2003 when he won the World Poker Tour Borgata Poker Open, earning a remarkable $470,000. Francisco passed away on February 23rd, 2017, due to kidney failure.
Noli Francisco’s first recorded live cash occurred in May 1982 at the 13th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished in 7th place in a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $4,920.
In December 1988, Noli played in a $1,500 + 50 No Limit Hold’em during the Hall of Fame Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 1st place and won $118,800.
At the 24th WSOP in April 1993, he earned a cash prize of $86,500. Noli participated in a $2,500 No Limit Hold’em and finished in 2nd place.

Noli entered in a $5,000 + 150 Pot Limit Omaha at the WPT Championship in Las Vegas in April 2004. He finished in 2nd place and cashed $80,316.
Most recently, in July 2017, he competed in a No Limit Hold’em during the New England Poker Classic in Mashantucket. Noli reached the final table by placing 2nd and took home $15,300.
