Mike Rocco is an American professional poker player from Huntington Beach, California, with over $759,226 in live tournament earnings. During his poker career, he won at the Bellagio Five-Diamond World Poker Classic in December 2003. Mike also clinched his first bracelet at the 39th WSOP in June 2008. His best live cash of $229,500 came when he finished in 3rd place at the 44th WSOP in June 2013.

Mike Rocco’s first recorded live cash occurred in August 1990 at the 6th Annual Diamond Jim Brady in Los Angeles. He finished in 2nd place in a $300 + 30 1/2 Hold’em, 1/2 7 Card Stud, cashing $39,675.

Year later, in August 1991, Mike won a prize of $38,400 at the 7th Annual Diamond Jim Brady. He joined in a $500 + 30 7 Card Stud and finished in 1st place.

In December 2003, Mike played in a $1,500 + 70 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo Event #6 at the Bellagio Five-Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He clinched another victory and $71,004 added to his winnings.

At the 39th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas in June 2008, he won a cash prize of $135,753. Mike participated in a $1,500 7 Card Stud and secured his first bracelet.

Continuing his career, Mike participated in a $3,000 No Limit Hold’em Event #44 at the 44th WSOP in June 2013. He reached the final table by placing 3rd and secured his biggest live cash of $229,500.

Most recently, in February 2024, he competed in a $1,100 No Limit Hold’em – Seniors at the Wynn Millions Poker Series in Las Vegas. Mike placed 8th and cashed $4,861.
