Mike Carson is an American professional poker player from Laguna Niguel, California, with over $1.1 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $222,000 came when he clinched victory at the 31st WSOP in May 2000.

Mike Carson’s first recorded live cash occurred in February 1995 during the Winter Poker Festival in San Diego. He finished in 5th place in a $100 Limit Hold’emt, cashing $2,210.

In May 2000, Mike played in a $3,000 + 80 Pot Limit Hold’em at the 31st World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He clinched victory and won his biggest live cash of $222,000.

At the Larry Flynt Grand Slam of Poker in Gardena in July 2004, he won a cash prize of $64,640. Mike participated in a $300+ 30 No Limit Hold’em and clinched another victory.

During the Bellagio Festa Al Lago IV in Las Vegas in October 2005, he finished in 2nd place. Mike took part in a $1,000 + 60 No Limit Hold’em and earned $71,360.

Following this, in November 2007, Mike competed in a $2,000 + 100 No Limit Hold’em at Doyle Brunson Five Diamond World Poker Classic. He reached the final table by placing 2nd and took home $128,605.

On February 23rd, 2008, he placed 13th at the L.A. Poker Classic. He entered a $9,900 + $100 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event and cashed $55,220.

Most recently, in August 2016, he competed in a $580 No Limit Hold’em #6 at the WSOPC in Nevada. Mike placed 28th and cashed $680.
