Michael Yoshino’s first recorded live cash occurred in February 1998 at the Second Annual Golden Gate Classic in San Pablo. He finished in 5th place in a $100 + 20 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $1,205.

In August 2004, Michael played in a $5,000 + 150 No Limit Hold’em Championship Final Day during the Legends of Poker in Bell Gardens. He finished in 27th place and earned $16,525.

Following this, Michael joined in a $5,000 + 100 No Limit Hold’em – Championship Event at the World Poker Challenge in Reno in March 2005. He placed 4th and secured his biggest live cash of $103,521.
