Michael Sukonik recorded his first live cash in April 1996. He participated in a $200 + 20 No Limit Hold’em
during the New England Poker Classic in Mashantucket. He secured 3rd place and cashed $6,456.

Subsequently, in December 1999, he competed in a $1,000 + 60 No Limit Hold’em at the United States Poker Championship in Atlantic City. He finished in 1st place and won $38,000.

Following this, in July 2000, he entered the $940 + 60 No Limit Hold’em at the Orleans Open in Las Vegas. Michael finished 4th place and earned $19,415.

In February 2002, Michael played in a $300 + 30 No Limit Hold’em at the L.A. Poker Classic in Los Angeles. He placed 5th and cashed $20,128.

Most recently, in January 2015, he competed in a $300 + 40 No Limit Hold’em Seniors #9 at the WPT Borgata Winter Open in Atlantic City. He placed 27th and took home $639.
