Michael Savino recorded his first live cash in May 2004, he participated in the $100 + $20 No Limit Hold’em event at the 2nd Annual Turning Stone Poker Classic in Verona, where he finished in 7th place and cashed $717.

Following this, in December 2005, Savino entered the $500 + $25 No Limit Hold’em event at the WSOPC in Atlantic City. There, he placed 6th and earned $7,475.

In March 2012, he continued his journey by playing in the $460 + $40 No Limit Hold’em tournament at the WPT Regional in Pennsylvania. Once again, he finished 6th, cashing $5,932.

Furthermore, in March 2014, at the Foxwoods Poker Classic in Mashantucket, Savino competed in the $530 + $70 No Limit Hold’em event. He achieved an impressive 2nd place, earning $29,041.

In June 2024, he played in the $800 No Limit Hold’em event at the Aria Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 30th place, cashing $2,484.
