Michael McClain’s first recorded live cash occurred in March 1990 at the Winnin’ o’ The Green in Bell Gardens. He finished in 6th place in a $300 + 30 Seven Card Stud, cashing $1,760.
Fast forward to May 2004. He entered in the $10,000 World Championship at the 35th WSOP in Las Vegas. He ended up in 9th place, securing his best live cash of $470,400.
