Maxx Coleman is an American professional poker player from Derby, Kansas. He has amassed over $4.5 million in total live earnings, with his largest single cash totaling $750,000. Coleman has won two WSOP bracelets: the first was awarded in a live tournament in June 2022, and the second in an online tournament in October 2022.
Furthermore, he has earned three WSOP Circuit Rings. The first was achieved in a live tournament in November 2017, and the subsequent two were won in online tournaments held in November 2021 and August 2023.
Maxx Coleman first appeared in a recorde live tournament in June 2009. He competed in a $300 + 40 No Limit Hold’em event at the Summer Poker Classic in Verona. Maxx finished 6th place, earning $1,240.
He achieved a major milestone in September 2015. Coleman participated in a $2,400 + 100 No Limit Hold’em Main Event at The River Poker Series in Thackerville. He finished 1st place and won a massive $750,000.
Continuing his success, Maxx won at the WSOP Circuit in Durant in November 2017. He played in a $1,125 Pot Limit Omaha event. He collected $43,471 as a prize, and earned his first WSOP Circuit Ring.
During the PGT Poker Masters in Las Vegas in September 2021, Coleman finished 1st place. He engaged in a $10,000 8-Game Mix event taking home $120,000.
In June 2022, marked another major milestone for Coleman. He took part in a $1,500 No Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw event at the 53rd World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He secured 1st place and received $127,090 of cash prize, together with his first WSOP bracelet.
Moreover, Coleman competed in a $25,000 + 300 10 Game Mix Championship (Event #8) at the PGT Mixed Games II in Las Vegas in October 2023. He achieved 1st place and added $245,630 to his earnings.
Playing in a $970 + 130 H.O.R.S.E. Championship, Maxx finished another 1st place with a cash prize of $60,240. The event was held at the WPT World Championship in Las Vegas.
His most recent appearance was in July 2024. Maxx participated in a $10,000 Mixed Games – Eight Game Mix Championship at the 55th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished in 13th place, cashing for $26,277.
Coleman achieved his second WSOP Circuit Ring at the World Series of Poker Circuit Online in November 2021. He played in a $215 No Limit Hold’em – Deepstack Turbo event. Coleman won $12,826.
Following this, Coleman participated in a $600 No Limit Hold’em – 6-Max Online event at WSOP.com in October 2022. He finished 1st place, receiving a prize of $46,666 and obtaining his second WSOP Bracelet.
In August 2023, Coleman triumphed in a $320 No Limit Hold’em event at WSOP Circuit Online. He pocketed $26,841 and earned his third WSOP Circuit Ring.
