Matt Giannetti

Matt Giannetti is an American professional poker player from Las Vegas, Nevada, with over $4.8 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $3,012,700 came when he finished in 4th place at the 42nd WSOP in July 2011.

Matt Giannetti’s first recorded live cash occurred in April 2006 at the Fourth Annual Five-Star World Poker Classic. He finished in 8th place in Event #14, cashing $12,605.

In July 2011, Matt entered in a $10,000 No Limit Hold’em Main Event at the 42nd WSOP in Las Vegas. He ended up in 4th place, securing his best live cash of $3,012,700 to date.

Later that year, in September, Matt played in a €3,000 + 300 No Limit Hold’em Main Event at the WPT Malta. He made 1st place finish, winning $276,457.

Following this, in June 2012, he participated in a $5,000 No Limit Hold’em Event #50 at the 43rd WSOP. Matt finished in 7th place, taking home $112,725.

Then, in February 2023, Matt joined in a $3,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship at the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open. He made 1st place finish, winning $298,304.

In May 2014, Matt took part in a $25,000 No Limit Hold’em – Mixed Max Event #2 at the 45th WSOP. He finished in 5th place, pocketing $171,461.

In July 2024, Matt competed in a $600 No Limit Hold’em – Ultra Stack Bracelet Event #84 at the 55th WSOP. He ended up in 735th place, earning $1,350.
