Martin Corpuz, also known as “Dick,” is a Filipino-American professional poker player from Mountain View, California, with over $1.1 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $133,000 came when he clinched victory at the World Poker Tour – Bay 101 Shooting Star in March 2010.

Martin Corpuz’s first recorded live cash occurred in June 1996 at San Francisco Open in San Pablo. He finished in 2nd place in a $55 Limit Hold’em, cashing $4,425.

In May 2002, Martin played in a $10,000 No Limit Hold’em – Final during the Five Diamond World Poker Classic in Las Vegas. He finished in 8th place and earned $27,824.

Later in July of that year, he participated in a $500 + 25 No Limit Hold’em at the Larry Flynt Grand Slam of Poker in Gardena. Martin clinched victory and $27,930 added to his winnings.

At the 37th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas in July 2006, he earned a cash prize of $68,006. Martin participated in a $3,000 Omaha Hi/Lo and secured 4th place.

Luck favored him as he cashed $97,188 during the 38th WSOP in June 2007. Martin joined in a $2,000 Omaha Hi/Lo Split and finished in 3rd place.

During the World Poker Tour – Bay 101 Shooting Star in San Jose in March 2010, he finished in 1st place. Martin took part in a $1,900 + 100 No Limit Hold’em and secured his biggest live cash of $133,000.

Most recently, in June 2023, he competed in a $1,500 Big O – Five Card Pot Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better 7-Handed Bracelet Event #41 during the 54th WSOP. Martin placed 61st and took home $5,010.
