Manuel Labandeira’s first live cash was recorded in December 1998 at the Holiday Bonus Tournament in Los Angeles. He participated in a $100 Seven Card Stud event, placing 4th and earned $900.

Fast forward to July 2006, Labandeira took part in a $10,000 No Limit Texas Hold’em World Championship Event at the 37th WSOP in Las Vegas. He finished in 331st place and took home $34,636.

July 2009 saw Labandeira make his biggest live cash to date at the 40th WSOP. He participated in the $10,000 World Championship No Limit Hold’em event and finished 44th, earning $178,857.

In January 2021, Labandeira competed in the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open in Hollywood. He participated in a $3,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event, finishing 15th and earning $40,895.

In February 2024, Labandeira competed in the $1,100 No Limit Hold’em Seniors event at the Wynn Millions Poker Series in Las Vegas. There, he claimed 2nd place and took home $24,794.

Couple of months later, in September 2024, he finished 4th in the $1,100 No Limit Hold’em CardPlayer Poker Tour event at the Venetian DeepStack Extravaganza III, also in Las Vegas, cashing $24,235.

Labandeira’s most recent appearance was in October 2024 at the Wynn Fall Classic in Las Vegas. There, he finished 10th in the $400 Pot Limit Omaha 8 or Better event for $838.
