Lucio Procopio recorded his first live cash in March 2001, he participated in the New England Poker Classic in Mashantucket, playing a $100 + $20 No Limit Hold’em event. He finished in 8th place and cashed $2,000.

Years after, in March 2007, Procopio entered the March Madness Hold’em Tournament in Verona. He played a $1,000 + $70 No Limit Hold’em event and finished in 3rd place, earning $19,886.

In February 2012, he further showcased his skills by competing in the DeepStacks Poker Tour Western New York Championship in Niagara Falls. He entered a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event and finished 2nd, earning $52,000.
