Kyle Shappelle is an American poker player from Las Vegas, Nevada, with over $203k in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $35,524 came when he finished in 11th place at the 48th WSOP in July 2017. During his poker career, he clinched his first WSOPC ring in February 2024.

Kyle Shappelle’s first recorded live cash occurred in March 2006 at the World Poker Challenge in Reno. He finished in 8th place in a $300 + 30 Omaha Hi/Lo, cashing $832.

Fast foward to February 2017. Kyle entered in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em at the Jack Poker Open in Cincinnati. He ended up in 5th place, taking home $29,145.

Later that year, in July, Kyle participated in a $1,000 + 111 No Limit Hold’em – The Little One for One Drop Event #74 at the 48th WSOP. He made 11th place finish, securing his best live cash of $35,524.

In October 2021, he took part in a $800 Pot Limit Omaha 8 or Better Event #32 at the DeepStack Championship Poker Series II. He finishhed in 2nd place, pocketing $27,709.

Moreover, in February 2024, Kyle made his mark by securing his first ring at the WSOP Circuit in North Carolina. He won $35,048 in a $400 No Limit Hold’em Ring Event #13.

In July 2024, Kyle competed in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em Freezeout Mini Main Event #78 at the 55th WSOP in Las Vegas. He ended up in 278th place, earning a prize of $3,280.
