Kent Washington recorded his first live cash in June 2001. He participated in a $100 + 20 No Limit Texas Hold’em during the Battle of the Bay in San Francisco. He finished in 4th place and cashed $2,300.

In April 2004, Kent played in a $1,500 No Limit Hold’em at the 35th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. He finished in 3rd place and earned $91,740.

Later in July of that year, he participated in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em at the Bellagio Weekly Tournaments in Las Vegas. Kent finished in 1st place and won $36,859.

During the Fourth Annual Five-Star World Poker Classic in Las Vegas in April 2006, he finished in 3rd place. He took part in a $5,000 + 150 No Limit Hold’em and secured his biggest live cash $105,495.

Following this, in August 2021, he entered the $400 + 60 No Limit Hold’em Monolith Event #9 at the Ante Up Poker Tour – World Championship in Lincoln. Kent finished 2nd place and earned $47,052.

On June 27th, 2022, he joined in a $1,100 No Limit Hold’em Monster Stack Event #87 at the Venetian DeepStack Championship Series in Las Vegas. Kent placed 3rd and earned $65,000.

Most recently, in May 2024, he competed in a $400 No Limit Hold’em – Mega Stack Ring Event #2 at the RUNGOOD Poker Series hosted PokerGO in Rohnert Park. He placed 54th and took home $1,360.
