John Spagnuolo’s first recorded live cash occurred in September 2005 at the WPT Borgata Poker Open. He finished in 89th place in a $500 + 60 No Limit Hold’em, cashing $610.

Then, on January 11, 2007, John placed 4th at the Gold Strike World Poker Open. He cashed $8,204 in a $500 + 50 No Limit Hold’em.

Just a few days later, on January 15, 2007, John competed in the $5,000 + 150 No Limit Hold’em Championship at the WSOPC Tunica. He finished in 12th place and pocketed $21,809.

In April 2024, John competed in Event #1, the $500 No Limit Hold’em – Kick Off Almighty Million, at the Borgata Spring Poker Open. He finished in 344th place, earning $1,148.
