Joel was born in Phoenix and studied at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance in 1997. After graduating, he worked as a Vice President of Sales at C.H. Robinson until 1999. He then joined Fisher Investments as an Investment Counselor, was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2001, and continues to hold that position.
