Joe Pelton is an American professional poker player from Newport Beach, California, with over $2.3 million in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $1,602,670 came when he won at the  Legends of Poker in August 2006.

Joe Pelton’s first recorded live cash occurred in September 2004 at the Ultimatebet Poker Classic. He finished in 196th place in a $6,000 + 200 No Limit Hold’em – Final Day, cashing $7,000.

In August 2006, Joe played in a $9,700 + 300 No Limit Hold’em – Championship Event at the WPT Legends of Poker. He finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash of $1,602,670.

Later in October 2006, he entered in a $10,000 + 300 No Limit Hold’em – Championship Event during the Festa Al Lago V. Joe finished in 3rd place and earned $292,220.

Then, in June 2007, he placed 7th at the 38th WSOP in Las Vegas. He pocketed $74,183 in a $2,000 No Limit Hold’em event.

Joe was eliminated in 5th place at the 39th WSOP in June 2008, which earned him a prize of $191,068 in the $1,500 No Limit Hold’em event.

Moreover, Joe participated in a $300 + 35 No Limit Hold’em at the L.A Poker Classic in January 2009. He finished in 3rd place and cashed $54,526.

In June 2017, Joe competed in a $365 No Limit Hold’em – 7PM Turbo at Rio Daily Deepstacks in Las Vegas. He ended up in 13th place, earning $677.
