Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Joseph Hachem and his family migrated to Melbourne, Australia. Before pursuing a career in poker, he worked in the medical field as a chiropractor for 13 years. He left his position after developing a rare blood disorder and then started playing poker online. Joe began his live poker journey by participating in tournaments at the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex.
