Jim Pechac recorded his first live cash in April 1996, he placed 4th in the Card Player Poker Cruise Tournament in Palm Springs, cashing $348.

Then, years after, in May 2003, he finished 2nd in the $2,000 S.H.O.E. at the 34th World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, earning $50,220.

Following this success, in November 2005, he competed in the $10,000 + $200 WPT No Limit Hold’em at the World Poker Finals in Mashantucket, where he took 24th place and took home $34,500.

In March 2006, Pechac continued to perform well, finishing 5th in the $10,000 No Limit Hold’em Championship at the WSOP Circuit in San Diego, cashing $72,485.

Most recently, in June 2018 at the Grand Poker Series in Las Vegas. There, he finished 109th in the $200 No Limit Hold’em (Event #22), cashing $625.
