Jenny Ding

Jenny Ding is an Australian professional poker player and YouTuber from Melbourne, with over $86.4K in live tournament earnings. Her best live cash of $58,600 came when she finished in 3rd place at the DeepStack Championship Poker Series in June 2019.

In addition, Jenny launched her YouTube channel, “JennyDPoker,” on August 19th, 2024, and has since amassed a subscriber count of 3.6K. On her channel, Jenny shares her experience of playing mid-stakes live poker in Las Vegas and how she is improving her game. She has also made appearance on Hustler Casino Live.

Jenny Ding: Early Life

Away from the poker table, Jenny attended UNSW in 2010 and earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2012, she studied abroad for one semester at the University of Texas Austin. She returned to Australia and completed her degree in 2014. After graduating, she became a business analyst at A.T. Kearney from February 2015 to April 2017. In May 2017, she became a senior business analyst until April 2018. Four months later, she played in her first-ever tournament at the Melbourne Poker Championships.

Jenny Ding debuted in HCL Episode 775 on September 28th, 2024. She participated in a $10/20/40 +$40BBA No Limit Hold ’em with Sashimi, Kelly Lucas, Karen Thomas, and others. She ended the night up $8,960.

Jenny Ding: Live Tournament Participation

Jenny Ding’s first recorded live cash occurred in August 2018 at the Melbourne Poker Championships. She finished in 12th place in a A$250 + 50 Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Event #11, cashing $377.

On June 14th, 2019, Jenny played in a $600 No Limit Hold’em EpicStack Event #58 during the DeepStack Championship Poker Series. She finished in 3rd place and secured her biggest live cash of $58,600.

Shortly after, she entered in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em – Ladies Championship Event #47 at the 50th WSOP on June 20th. She claimed 43rd position and took home $3,309.

At the Wynn Summer Classic in July 2023, she earned a cash prize of $17,313. Jenny participated in a $480 + 70 No Limit Hold’em – Ladies and secured 3rd place.

Most recently, in June 2024, she competed in a $1,000 No Limit Hold’em – Ladies Championship Bracelet Event #71 at the 55th WSOP. Jenny placed 106th and cashed $2,006.
