In April 1996, Jan Boubli recorded his first live cash when he participated in the €10,000 No Limit Hold’em event at the Spring Tournament in Paris. He finished in 9th place and earned $1,981.

Moving forward, in September 2005, Boubli achieved a significant victory by winning the €4,000 + 200 No Limit Hold’em Main Event at the European Poker Tour in Barcelona. He secured 1st place and received $528,195.
