Jamie Ligator recorded his first live cash in December 1995. He participated in a $2,560 No Limit Hold’em
during the World Poker Finals in Mashantucket. He finished in 3rd place and earned $18,375.

Subsequently, in February 1996, he competed in a $5,000 + 80 No Limit Hold’em – Championship Event
at the L.A. Poker Classic in Los Angeles. He finished in 1st place and won $102,250.

Following this, in January 1998, he entered the $1,000 + 60 Pot Limit Omaha at the Carnivale of Poker in Las Vegas. Jamie also finished in 1st place and won $60,800.

In October 2002, Jamie played in a $500 No Limit Hold’em – WPT at the Costa Rica Classic in San Jose. He placed 2nd and took home $45,000.
