Jae Chang is a Korean-American professional poker player from McKinney, Texas, with over $739K in live tournament earnings. His best live cash of $96,807 came when he won at the WSOPC Tunica in January 2008.
Jae Chang’s first recorded live cash occurred in September 1997 during the Legends of Poker in Bell Gardens. He finished in 5th place in a $500 Limit Hold’em, cashing $2,065.
In May 2000, Jae played in a $3,000 + 80 Limit Hold’em at the 31st WSOP in Las Vegas. He finished in 3rd place and cashed $53,400.
At the L.A Poker Classic in February 2007, he earned $91,125. Jae entered in a $9,900 + 100 No Limit Hold’em – WPT Event and secured 10th place.
Following this, Jae joined in a $1,500 + 80 No Limit Hold’em at the WSOPC in Tunica in January 2008. He finished in 1st place and won his biggest live cash of $96,807.
Later in September of that year, he participated in a $1,000 + 90 No Limit Hold’em at the WPT Borgata Poker Open in Atlantic City. Jae clinched another victory and won $60,300.
Fast forward to April 2022. At the Asian Poker Tour in Manila, he took home $58,500. In this event, Jae engaged in a ₱50,000 + 5,000 No Limit Hold’em – Main Event and finished in 2nd place.
In June 2024, Jae competed in a ₱25,000 Pot Limit Omaha Event #29 at the Manila Super Series 20. He ended up in 1st place, winning $4,266.
